House and shop, early-mid C19. Fine herringbone-tooled coursed sandstone;
pantiled roof with stone kneeler and stack. 3 storeys, 2 bays. At left a
Victorian shop front with fancy bracketed cornice; at right a door of 4 fielded
panels and a late C19 sash form a shop front under continuous bracketed
cornice. Small fixed lights at right and left and a boarded outhouse door at
extreme left. First floor two 16-pane sashes, second floor two 24-pane
Yorkshire sashes, all with vertically-tooled lintels and cills. Chimney and
prominent curved kneeler at right end. Right return blank but for small loft
window at extreme right.
