Cl8. 3 storeys and basement in brick. Pantile roof. Stone quoins, bands
and parapet. Rendered basement. 3 windows, double-hung sashes, one to
right on each floor blocked. Bands continue cills. Open pedimented doorcase
with fluted pilasters, semi-circular blank radiating fanlight. 6-fielded
panelled door in reveals. Door and window in basement. NMR.

Nos 47 to 50 (consec) form a group with No 1 St Anne Lane.
