Shelter

Cabmen's shelter. Mid C19. timber construction, felt covered roof. Central
entrance has 8-panel door, upper 4 glazed, top 2 with ogee headed tracery. Four
2-light transomed and mullioned windows with ogee headed tracery and flanked by
cusped consoles to projecting eaves. 3 similar consoles to half hipped hood or
roof; metal plate with CABMEN'S SHELTER stencilled and cut out to provide
ventilation. Simple wooden finials to gable ends.
