Barn, c1800. Sandstone rubble with stone slate roof. East wall has shippon
projecting forwards at left under a catslide roof and an added lean-to
shippon projecting further forwards at the right. Between them is a canopy
in front of the wide entrance, which has a segmental arch and a cruck
blade re-used as the inner lintel. The left-hand shippon has a door in its
front wall with plain stone surround. The right-hand shippon has 2 doors
in its left-hand return wall. The rear wall has a threshing doorway, now
blocked and containing a window. Inside are trusses with tie beams and
collars.
