Cottage, C18, attached to rear of No.30 and at right angles to it. Coursed sandstone rubble, stone slate roof chimney at left gable. Single-depth, two small bays. Two storeys, built with back to road. Plain doorway to garden front, a window on each floor to the left. Rear has two windows on each floor, one with a flush mullion. Interior renovated. Listed for group value only, in relation to Nos. 29 and 30 Tong Lane (q.v.).
