Cottage 1640. Timber framed, plaster rendered with steeply
pitched roof of long straw, hipped to left hand. Original ridge
stack of grey gault brick and grouped shafts set diagonally.
Plan of three bays and lobby entry. One storey and attic. One
gable dormer. Three windows, all C20, but two possibly on the
site of the original openings. Doorway opposite the stack.
Inside there is a brick with the date 1640 engraved in it in the
chimney.
