Cottage. Late C17. Timber framed, part exposed, rendered and long straw
thatch. Ridge stack, square on plan, with later side stack. Two bays remain
of three bay cottage. One storey and attic. One dormer on east side. Two
C19 small pane horizontal sliding sashes on east side wall with baffle entry
doorway. Exposed wall framing has staggered bracing and jowled post heads.
Extended, C20. Inside: Inglenook hearth and original staircase off the
hall.
