C17 house, now two dwellings and a shop. Two-storeys, three-unit plan. Asbestos tiled roof. Large ridge stack to left of centre, and end stack to right hand.Timber-framed and rough-cast. First-floor range of three horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars. Two horizontal sliding sash windows, one modern shop window and two doors at ground-floor.

Interior: Two inglenooks of Barnack stone with stop chamfered jambs. Ovolo moulded mantel beam. Original three-light diamond mullion window in south wall of Soma House.
