2 cottages, now 1. Early C19. Coursed rubble, stone slate roof.
2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Openings have flush ashlar surrounds,
mainly with impost blocks. To left of each bay a doorway, that to left in
surround without impost blocks, and with doors of 6 and 4 panels. 16-pane
sash windows. Stacks to right of each bay. Shaped kneeler and ashlar
coping to right. Right return: projecting through stones; ashlar surround
to small window in gable. Included for group value.
