1880-90 rectangular single storey warehouse with 2 parallel ridges and twin
gables at north-west and south-east ends. Red brick recessed wall panels with
blue brick surrounds and gable cornices with stone copings. Slate roofs.
Covered loading bay at north-west end (over arm of canal) carried on plain cast
iron columns and with vertical-boarded sides and end at upper level, with
decorative rounding to each board end. An ornate circular iron ventilator in
each gable at south-east end. Small workshops in warehouse with central aisle.
