School house, now house. C18. Chequer brick, hipped old tile roof. Rectangular
plan. 2 storeys, attic and basement. West front has 5 bays, the centre bay
carried up to attic level with 2-light casement and hipped roof; dormer on
either side with similar casements. Other windows sashes with glazing bars
in wide frames, those on ground floor with brick segmental heads. 6 panelled
entrance door, top panels glazed in centre bay under flat hood on brackets,
approached by flight of 5 stone steps with plain iron handrail and balusters
