Double gabled stuccoed front, probably of C17 origin. but altered C19. Rusticated quoins. 2 windows: marginal glazed attic casement, architrave framed sashes 2nd floor; 1st floor windows are flanked by panelled pilasters.and have flat arches with incised ornament and pediments over. Public house front with 2 windows and 3 doors,segmental arches, engaged columns on pedestals with composite capitals.

No 2 Thames Street; Knights Tavern; Nos 5 to 16(consec) Thames Street and Nos 18 to 25(consec)Thames Street, form an important group.
