School hall. 1893-5 with 1915 addition to north. By F. A. Walters in a Free
Perpendicular Gothic Style. Red brick with stone dressings; tiled roof, 5
gabled dormers with casements, and stack to front between third and fourth bays
from left. One storey and attic. North front: 6 bays, right-hand bay obscured
by later block to right. Arched Clerestory windows to hall with 3 arched lights
and returned hoodmoulds; low one storey later addition to front with 3-light
mullioned windows and arched doorway to left. Interior: moulded ceiling beams;
large fireplace to north with moulded 4-centred arch and figure in niche above.
