4/56 Home Farmhouse

G.V. II

Farmhouse. Mid C17th, remodelled C18th and C19th. Rubble; slate roof with
coped raised verges. 2 storeys. 3 bays. 2-, 3- and 4-light casements with
edge roll moulded mullions; king-mullions to 4-light casements on ground floor;
ovolo moulded mullions and surrounds to centre 2-light window on first floor;
evidence of earlier fenestration on first floor. Central plank door under
4-centred arch lintel with ogee/ovolo moulded surround and with keyed oval panel
in a square above.
