Late C18. Similar to Nos 10 and 11 (q.v) but extra storey added circa 1870.
Two and a half storeys. No 12 rendered, No 13 coursed rubble with ashlar dressings.
First floor windows have glazing bar sash windows in beaded surrounds. Two
and three windows. Slate roof, 3 chimneys, one brick. Three half dormers
with elaborate bracketed bargeboards. Plate glass segmental headed sash windows.
Three late C19 2 light shop windows on ground floor, No 12 has panelled sides,
No 13 has one similar with fascia brackets and blind box, and a 3 light stone
mullion window as well as a plate glass sash shop window to right of door (6
panels, raised and fielded in edge roll surround) . Ashlar block over door
now obscured, possibly once a date stone. Included for group value.
