Formerly Doone Cottage. Late C18 or early C19. Ashlar with slate roof. Two
storeys and basement. Three windows, glazing bar sashes. One basement window
opening to right, segment headed with central mullion. Central round headed
doorway in shallow recess with rusticated surround and keystone. Panelled
door with arched fanlight. Plinth, rusticated quoins, moulded string at 1st
floor cill level, moulded cornice and plain parapet. Square ashlar stacks
with moulded caps. Two rusticated gate piers to right. 'L'-plan extension
to rear with large window and, to left, one chamfered mullion 2-light window.
