Perceval monument in the churchyard
about 3 metres south of porch of
Church of St. Peter and St. Paul

Chest tomb. Bronze plate to west describes this as the tomb of Richard Perceval,
commander in the crusades, who fought under King Richard and died 1202.
Limestone. Plain plinth, flat top with chamfered edge, 2 long crosses carved on
top; shield of arms set in cusped panel set in east end; plate set to north
with Latin inscription, "orate pro anima ...".
