House, now house and 2 flats. C18 with later alterations. Rubble, rendered,
brick, asbestos, slate roof to west, pantiled to east. L-plan. 2 storeys,
one window, sash at ground and 1st floor, canopy and trellis porch to right with
panelled and glass door; west elevation of south wing has sash at 1st floor and
2 sashes at ground floor, 2 panes wide and 6 long, south elevation of south wing
has C20 porch and door, sash with margin glazing and brick surround, small gable
with C20 window and asbestos fronting gable, blocked window with segmental head
to 1st floor left. East elevation has C20 brick porch, plate glass sash to
left, 1st floor has sash to left, C20 window and dormer, west elevation has sash
to ground and 1st floor left, blocked window to 1st floor right, north elevation
has single storey pitched roof extension, C20 door and window, external stack
capped at eaves. Part of an important group at a crossroads.
