Probably late C19 or early C20 garden house; to east side of rectangular garden,
slightly to the south of the gate. Yellow brick. One storey. Clay tile roof.
Facade is covered with trellis work to match opposite panel. Central 5 ribbed
door, flanked by plain sash windows. Each opening and corners of building
marked by full height slender wooden pilasters; those to door and corners have
relief flower decoration. The spaces above windows and door have diagonal
trellis work, contrasting with overall rectangular pattern. Below the windows
are decorated timber window boxes. The door lintel has 5 carved trefoil arches.
