Mid C18 building formerly with early C17 cottage at rear. 3 storeys and cellar.
Silver grey brick headers with red dressings, moulded brick dentil cornice,
parapet. Ground floor stuccoed. Old tile roof. 2 hipped ridges at right
angles to front show above parapet. 4 ranges of windows, plate glass sashes
with flush moulded surrounds, 2 panels on 2nd floor, one on 1st. 2 windows
on ground floor, a mid C19 shopfront and doorway, door altered: round headed
in recess with circle and tear drop fanlight. Interior: period staircase retained.
