Formerly part of Portland Place and including Portland House (No 32). Before 1802. Three storeys and basement, western part with attic. Red brick. Bath stone string over basement windows. Stucco string at first floor level. Simple stucco cornice and brick parapet over. Part mansard old tile roof, part slate roof. Six dormer windows, glazing bar sash windows. Fifteen to upper floors with small wrought iron balconies on first floor. Ground floor altered now fourteen windows and one doorway to left and six panelled door with radiating fanlight and Doric portico, frieze cornice and blocking course. Detached corresponding doorway to right lacks fanlight. Contemporary arrow head railings.
