1840s stucco villa with slate roof. Facing south. Rusticated quoins. 3 bays,
cross glazed and plate glass sash windows with hood moulds, outer tripartite.
Parapet. Projecting box porch with rounded corners and pierced parapet. Porch
door half-glazed with stop chamfered reveals. 4 panel door with glazed side
panels and lozenge glazing to rectangular overlight.
