House, formerly part of terrace. Early-mid C19. Slatehanging
to front including parapet; rendered stack on the right.
Double-depth plan plus porch approached by straight flight of
steps on the left.
3 storeys over basement; 2-window range with C20 horned copy
sashes with glazing bars; round-arched windows to ground
floor. Round-arched doorway with moulded architrave to front
of porch; margin-glazed fanlight and 2-panel door with top
panel glazed.
