House. Circa 1830. Probably plastered brick. Hipped grey slate roof.
Plastered chimney stack to right. Lower extension of similar materials to left,
roof hipped to left, plastered chimney stack. Central band. 1:3 window range
of small paned vertically sliding sashes, flat arches and keystones over, all
with shutters. Central 2 panel 2 light door fanlight over. Square porch with
entablature, moulded round headed arch, capitals and bases to pilasters.
Internal features include hardwood staircase, balustrade and newels. Marble
fire surrounds to principal ground floor rooms, cast iron fireplaces to first
floor.
