Mineral water fountain with double basin. Probably C18. Sandstone. Font-like
circular basin with curled-out rim stands in centre of similar, though lower
and wider, basin. Water issues from central pipe and flows over channels on
rim of basins to be discharged into the River Tees via a 1.5 metre long stone
gutter.
