Former service-range to Rocks farmhouse, now attached cottage.
Early C19. Banded flint, stone and random rubble walls. Brick
quoins. Thatch roof, abutting gable wall to left, and gabled
to right. 1½ storeys. 4 windows, 2-light wood casements with
glazing-bars, C20 renewals. Front door, right of centre, glass-
panelled, C20. Porch, with rubble stone and glazed sides and
with a pentice tile roof, C20.
