Farmhouse and attached cottage, mid.C18. Brick, English bond to the farmhouse
and Flemish-bond, of more than one build, to the cottage. Tiled roofs with
stone slate margins. Shaped brick gable copings with brick kneelers. First
floor plat-band. L-plan. 2 storeys and attics, 3 windows to main range of house.
2 and 3-light C20 casement windows with glazing bars, those to the ground floor
under gauged brick flat arches and those to the upper floor under soldier courses.
French doors to wing. Central flush-panelled, part-glazed door in gabled porch.
Attached to the wing is a length of C18 brick garden wall containing a reset late
medieval greensand doorway with depressed, moulded 4-centred head and continuous
