Probably originally 2 houses, now house and shop. Late C18. Rubble and
brick (Flemish bond), whitewashed with fake half-timbering. Tiled gable-
ended roof with brick stack to right. 2 storeys, 5 window range. Ground
floor left has 2 shop windows. To the right is one similar window and a
3-light C20 casement with no glazing bars. Above left are 2 3-light
casements with horizontal glazing bars and right are 3 2-light casements
with glazing bars. The glazed front door has pilaster surrounds and a
segmental hood on scrolled brackets. "RCHM, Dorset, vol III", p 2O5.
