House, formerly the Rectory. Circa C17 to C18, altered in early C19 and
extended in mid C19. Rendered stone rubble. Asbestos slate hipped roof. Two
storeys. The original part to right (south) is a three-window range. Early C19
three-light casements with glazing bars. Central fielded panel door with narrow
side-lights and fanlight with glazing bars and wooden trellis porch. At rear
are two early C19 hipped roof wings with casements with margin panes. At north
end a mid C19 projecting cross-wing with two asymmetrical gables with ornate
pierced bargeboards, finials and pendants. Ovolo moulded wooden mullion windows
in chamfered openings with flat brick arches. Left hand four-centred brick arch
carriageway with double doors. Large rendered chimney stack above with three
diagonally set flues. Two rendered chimney stacks at south end.
