Tenement farmhouse, now divided into two occupations. C16 and C17 in part, partly rebuilt and extended in late C18 or early C19. Rendered stone and cob. Thatch roof with gable ends. Lateral stack with brick shaft to rear and brick stack at gable end of earlier range.

L-shaped on plan, the earlier range forming a rear wing to the symmetrical two-room cottage. Two storeys. Three-window range. Thatched porch. Earlier C18/C19 fenestration survives to the rear wing. To its front are two two-light casements, two-panes per light above two plank doors with a two-light casement, eight panes per light and a partially boarded-over three-light casement with small leaded panes to right. Buttress at left end. Small lean-to with corrugated asbestos roof at left end. To rear is a two-light casement, eight-panes per light to left, a two-light casement to right side over a two-light casement, eight panes per light.
