Farmhouse and barn. Mid or late C17 with C18 and C19 alterations. Mixed
sandstone rubble walls partly rendered and whitewashed, under graduated
greenslate roof with sandstone chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays with long
lower right barn, which is partly domestic, and rear 2-storey, 2-bay extension.
Sash windows with glazing bars in C19 painted stone surrounds, those on
upper floor half dormers, and small original right firewindow. Barn has
cross-passage plank door in painted stone surround and C20 casement windows.
Large right cart doorway and partly-blocked former doorway. Extension has C20
windows in C19 painted stone surrounds. Interior has inglenook with heck
partition removed. Beamed ground-floor ceilings. 2 pairs of upper crucks.
