Farmhouse and barns. Early C18 and contemporary barn with later extensions.
Red and calciferous sandstone rubble walls with flush quoins, under graduated
greenslate roof with brick chimney stacks. Barns of similar rubble, raised in
height in cream sandstone, under sandstone slate roof. Barn extension under
corrugated asbestos roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays and lower left barns on 2 levels.
House has C20 door in flush quoined surround under cornice. Double sash windows
in stone surrounds, except single sash over entrance, and firewindows
at left. Barn has slit vents and right small window. Barn extension has
segmental-arched doorway under loft doorways. Return wall has external steps to
loft doorway. Rear C20 extension to house is not of interest.
