Mid C18. Painted stucco, the lower storey in V jointed ashlar, also painted. Modillioned
cornice, slate roof. 2 storeys. Entrance has Doric pilasters, with blocked entablatures
and pedimented modillioned cornice, 6 panelled door and fanlight with semi-circular
head and curved interlaced glazing bars. 2 12-paned sash windows on ground floor
and 3 above, cases within reveals, and externally with dummy wood louvred shutters.
A very good house, detached, facing the entrance to the Castle.
