House with extension behind, now divided into 2 properties. Dated and inscribed
over entrance JH 1728. Painted, incised stucco with eaves cornice and V-jointed
quoins. Welsh slate roof (greenslate on extension) with roughcast and brick
chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays with right-angled extension to rear forming
T-shape. Top-glazed 4-panel door in shouldered architrave with dated and
inscribed frieze under console-bracketed cornice. Flanking sash windows in
enlarged painted surrounds. Sash windows above in rebated surrounds. Extension
has ground floor C20 window and smaller C19 window above. Extension continues
as Glen Court. C20 door and windows in C20 openings. Rear wall has one C20
casement window in enlarged C20 surround; others are sash windows in painted
stone surrounds. Extreme extension and former barns adjoining are not of
interest.
