adjoining barn

Farmhouse now house and adjoining barn. Early C18. Painted roughcast walls
under graduated greenslate roof with painted brick and roughcast chimney
stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays with adjoining barn to right partly under common
roof. C20 door in painted architrave. Sash windows, those on upper floor with
glazing bars, all in painted stone surrounds. Barn continues behind extensions
flanking large cart entrance. Extension to left has hipped slate roof and
casement window in stone surround. Gabled extension to right has side plank
door and loft door above.
