- garden walls and gate piers

Farmhouse, front garden wall and gate piers. Probably C18. Granite rubble with
granite dressings. Steep grouted scantle slate roof (asbestos slate at rear) with
original granite stacks over the gable ends. The left hand stack is external and may
have also served the former older house (now ruinous) adjoining at the left.
Plan: 2 rooms with lobby between, probably kitchen to the left and larger parlour to
the right.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly irregular 2 window south front with doorway slightly
left of centre and first floor windows grouped closer together. C20 door. Old 12-
pane casements 4-pane horned sashes to first floor. 2 small original openings at
rear left.
Interior: not inspected.
Low granite coped wall parallel at the front with granite monolithic gate piers.
