Farmhouse and adjoining barn with shippon, now all used as farm building. Probably
C18. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Dressed granite stack with brick
chimney over at right hand gable end. Grouted scantle slate roof.
Plan: a 2 room plan house with fuel store or stair turret projection in front of the
left-hand room. Barn with granary over shippon adjoining on lower ground at left
with flight of external steps leading to first floor loading doorway at rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. House, right has doorway left of middle, ground and first floor
window openings towards right and large outshut projection on left. The barn has
doorway towards right, window left, obscured by later shed, winnowing doorway at
first floor left and window at first floor over doorway.
Interior: first floor structure removed, C19 roof structure. Fireplaces removed or
blocked.
