Lodge to Trewidden House. Circa late C19. Granite rubble walls with rusticated
granite dressings. Steep dry Delabole slate roofs with projecting eaves and verges.
Lateral brick stacks over rear and right-hand. 2 original octagonal chimney pots
with spiral moulding.
Plan: Irregular 3-room T-shaped plan with principal reception room in wing at right
angles to front towards right and a diagonally-set entrance porch in the left-hand
angle.
Exterior: 2 storeys (first floor rooms mostly in roof space). Shaped and pierced
barge boards with apex finials. Oriel bay window to ground floor middle of gable end
right, otherwise openings have 2-light casements. Original door within porch.
Interior: not inspected.
