Small house. Probably C18. Painted rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle
slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends. The left-hand chimney is built
over a C18 rubble chimney.
Plan: 2 rooms with lobby and probably stair between. Small C19 extensions at right.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical narrow 2 window south-east front with central
doorway. Circa late C19 4-pane horned sashes to ground floor, circa early C19 16-
pane hornless sashes above. Cobbled forecourt.
Interior: not inspected.
