Late C18/early C19 cottage refronted in late C19. Coursed granite. Slate roof.
2 gables, one to left wider. Pierced barge boards and finials. 2 storeys.
3 windows. Large sashes without glazing bars. Modern door with narrow rectangular
fanlight. Included for group value.

No 8 and Gwylan House together with Bay View on the Wharf form a group.
