Farmhouse. 1855 (datestone). Stone rubble, rendered on front elevation. Slate roof
with hipped ends and deep overhanging eaves. Rendered brick end stacks.
Plan: Triple depth plan. Central entrance in east front with back entrance facing
yard on west. 2 principal rooms to front, probably with morning room and kitchen to
rear right and service room and dairy to rear left.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with complete original hornless
sashes. Central C19 glazed and panelled door and C19 semi-circular traceried
fanlight above. Two 16-pane sashes on ground floor and 3 similar sashes above.
Datestone and initials 'AR 1855' on rear elevation above entrance. Later C19 single
storey gabled porch with C19 tripartite sash lighting kitchen on left and dairy
window to right.
Interior: Not inspected.
Complete mid C19 farmhouse of similar style and plan to Weston Farmhouse, North
Petherwin (qv).
