Farmhouse now private house. Circa early C19 extended in late C20. Stone rubble.
Slate roof with hipped ends in parallel range across rear and lower slate roof with
half hipped ends to attached cottage to rear. Stone rubble end stacks, partly slate
hung.
Plan: Double depth plan. Entrance in rear elevation with principal front
overlooking garden, the two principal rooms on the garden front, heated by end
stacks. Service room to rear right. The house was extended to rear in the late C20
linking a small one-room plan originally detached cottage to the main house.
Exterior: Two storeys. Symmetrical 3-window garden front with dressed stone
segmental arches and complete early C19 16-pane hornless sashes with crown glass and
with internal shutters. Three sashes on ground floor and three directly above. C20
door and window inserted in left hand side elevation.
Interior: Not inspected.
