House. Circa C17 origins, remodelled in C19 and circa mid C20. Painted and rendered
stone rubble. Slate roof with gable ends. Stone rubble end stacks with brick shafts
on front slope of roof.
Plan: Original plan probably of 2 room and cross or through passage arrangement,
heated by end stacks. In circa Cl9 a second range was added to the rear. In circa
mid C20 the rear range was probably raised to 2-storeys, the main roof was altered
and the ridge raised.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front. Circa early C20 2-light casements
with glazing bars and central glazed door.
Interior: not inspected.
On north side of village green.
