House. c1820-40 with later extension. Rendered, probably over
brick; concrete tile roof with brick stack. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys with attic; 2-windowed facade, bowed to left where
it meets No.18 (qv) and with string courses to first floor and
beneath parapet. Late C20 replacement windows in original
openings; 2 small C20 flat-roofed dormers. Street front much
altered. INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for group value on sea front.
