House. Circa early C19. Painted rubble with cob top first floor front and ends and
nearly full height at rear, slate sills, wooden lintels. Wooden shingle roof with
brick chimneys over gable ends.
2 room plan of parlour, left, slightly larger kitchen living-room, right, cross
passage or vestibule between, and small C20 extension at left.
2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2-window east front. Nearly central doorway with
original 6-panel door. Original 12-pane horizontal sliding sashes to ground floor
and later 4-pane casement above.
Good stone and cob texture front, sides and rear.
Interior not inspected.
One of the least altered early C19 houses in this parish and on the edge of a group
of other buildings in this list.
