Farmhouse. Mid C19. Shale rubble, hipped scantle slate hipped roof with brick
chimneys, one axial and 2 over side walls. L-shaped plan. 3-roomed plus linked
late C19 gable service wings to rear. 2 storeys, 4 windows more closely spaced to
left. Ground floor has window, door window and window. 4-panel door has flush
beaded bottom panels and fielded top ones with rectangular fanlight over. Windows
are 12-pane sashes without horns. Shallow brick arches over openings single storey
extension to right with door, window and brick gable chimney. Interior is little
altered.
