Farmhouse. Circa early C17. Rubblestone rendered on rear with slate roof. Lower
roof to left-hand range with hipped end on left and gable end on right. Right-hand
range with gables ends on left and right. Rendered rubblestone stack on left-hand
gable end. Rendered rear lateral stacks to right and left ranges, on rear with
outshut on right. 3 room and cross passage plan with lateral stacks to rear of
higher and lower ends, axial hall stack backing onto passage and later rear outshut.
2 storeys, asymmetrical 3 window front. Ground floor with C19 3-light casement with
glazing bars and timber lintel and wide panelled door with slate hood in left-hand
range. 3-light and 2-light casements with glazing bars and timber lintels on right.
First floor with C19 3-light casement on left and two C19 2-light casements on right
all with glazing bars. Lean-to on right-hand gable end. Ground slopes down to south
east.
