GV II

House. C18 with few later alterations. Slatestone rubble with Devon limestone
dressings. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends and gable end stack to left with
brick shaft.

Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance; integral out-shut of 1 storey with loft
over for service rooms at rear.

Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window range, all 4-pane sashes with segmental
heads and keystones in Devon limestone, continued as a string course between the
windows, and with Devon limestone bandcourse below the eaves. Central C20 panelled
door with overlight and similar head. Left side has C20 window at ground floor
right.

Interior: not inspected.
