Mid C19 remodelling of late C18 house. Two and a half storeys on basement. Rendered
with applied wood to simulate timber-framing (it is indeed partly timber-framed
below render). Hipped mansard tiled roof with one hipped dormer. Modillion eaves
cornice. 2 storey angled bay with large modern catchment windows. Door to right,
about fluted Doric pilaster and frieze doorcase with modern gable. Panelled door
and reveals. Extension to rear. Altered recently.
