Pair of attached houses. Probably late C18, with C19 and C20 alterations. Painted
stone rubble. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends ; in the centre, the roof is
ramped up to the rear with 2 large rear lateral stacks with rendered shafts.
Plan: No. 6 is to right and No. 7 is to left. No. 6 is of 2-room plan, with the
entrance directly into the room to left. No. 7 is of one-room plan, with entrance
slightly off-centre to left.
Exterior: Each house is 2-storey. No. 6 has 3 windows ; ground floor to left C20
door, with blind window above. Ground and first floor to right two 12-pane sashes of
C19 with cambered brick heads.
No. 7 is a 2-window front, ground floor has a single C20 light, C20 door and C20 12-
pane sash to right ; first floor has two 12-pane sashes, all with cambered brick
heads.
Interior: Not inspected.
